Today afternoon was spent enjoying good food in the company of my daughter and a good friend of the family. We went to eat Clams. Here we called "Clams to Bulhão Pato", the clams cooked this way are very good, and the recipe it is very easy to make.
It was a very pleasant afternoon.

Ingredients:
1 kg of clams
Olive oil to fry the clams
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch of coriander
3 soup spoons of white wine
Salt /to taste
Pepper /to taste
Preparation:
1. Wash the clams thoroughly. Bring the oil to the fire and fry the garlic cloves.
2. Then add the chopped coriander, the clams and season with salt and pepper.
3. Shake the pan until the clams are all open and then drizzle with the wine. Let the wine evaporate a little and serve immediately.
Add the final touch with a little of lemon juice over the clams.
